Three problems, one approach
Each dashboard started as a question someone was answering by hand. Each one now answers it automatically.
1 · Floor visibility
Problem. Supervisors walked the floor or ran reports to see who was clocked into which job and whether it was going over its time estimate.
Solution. A live board of every active clock-in, color-coded by percent of estimated time used, filterable by work center and employee, with a flag when someone is on two jobs for the same part.
2 · Utilization
Problem. Comparing timecard hours to labor booked in the ERP was a manual spreadsheet job, and history disappeared as the source export rolled over.
Solution. Upload the timecard export and it is matched to ERP direct-labor hours by employee and week, shown as utilization by person and over time, and stored permanently.
3 · Supplier delivery
Problem. Zero-quantity receipts were counting as deliveries, which made suppliers look better than they were.
Solution. A corrected measure that uses the first real receipt against the promise date, counts undelivered past-due lines against the supplier, and excludes zero-quantity receipts and cancelled orders.

Each one is a single screen with filters, built for a quick look rather than a training course.

What changed
A job running over estimate is visible while it is still running, not at the end of the week.
Utilization and delivery measures come from the ERP and follow written rules, so meetings stop arguing about the data.
Weekly utilization is stored permanently, even though the source export overwrites itself.
Excluding empty receipts and counting past-due lines gives purchasing a fair basis for supplier conversations.
The floor board runs at two sites from the same design, with only the connection settings changed.
Everything is a web page on the internal network, so there is no software to roll out on the shop floor.
