Common questions
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Primarily manufacturers, with particular experience in aerospace manufacturing. If you make things and have processes that involve repetitive manual work or scattered data, we can probably help.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
Usually not. We prefer to work with the systems you already have and connect or extend them, rather than starting over.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Small automations can be delivered in days or weeks; larger integrations take longer. We deliver in stages so you get value along the way.
How is pricing structured?
Most projects are fixed-price, scoped after a short process review so you know the cost before we build. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, and ongoing support is available on a monthly plan.
Is our data kept confidential?
Yes. We treat your processes and data as confidential and can sign an NDA before we start. We are also working toward CMMC 2.0 and ITAR compliance.
Where are you based, and do you work on site?
Maven Technologies is based in Dallas, Texas. We work remotely, and we can travel to your site anywhere in the USA.
